Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, there is no physical storefront. All sales are exclusively online.

What materials are your products made of?

  • Stainless Steel Jewelry: Our stainless steel jewelry is crafted from high-quality, durable stainless steel: 3 layers of 18K Gold Plating, Waterproof, Non-Tarnish, No Fading, Hypoallergenic, making it ideal for everyday wear.
  • Tote Bags: Our Tote Bags are made from eco-friendly burlap, perfect for both style and sustainability.
  • Sweatershirts: Our Sweatshirts are Gildan 18000 Heavy Blend Crewneck, made of 50% Cotton, 50% polyester, 13.5oz fleece. It features a double-needle collar, shoulders, and armholes. It also features double-needle cuffs, a banded bottom, set-in sleeves and a quarter-turned body and 1X1 Athletic rib with Lycra®. The Gildan Heavyweight Blend Crew features air jet yarn which means a softer feel and reduced pilling.
  • Travel Jewelry Cases: Our travel jewelry cases are made from high quality PU leather, waterproof, wear-resistant and no deformation or fading; the interior is made of high quality soft facecloth, which can well prevent your jewelry from scratching. They are also lightweight and durable, easy to carry in a handbag, suitcase, purse or gym bag.

How do I care for my stainless steel jewelry?

Just follow these recommended care instructions:

  • Store your jewelry in a dry and dark place. Preferably in the jewelry box it comes with.
  • Don't leave your jewelry in the bathroom or in other damp wet rooms.
  • Our Stainless Steel Jewelry is water resistant, but as with any jewelry, it is best to avoid contact with chemicals to maintain their shine.
  • Avoid direct contact to cremes, perfumes, hairspray etc.
  • Use a jewelry cleaning cloth or wool cloth regular, to clean off any dirt.
  • Gently clean your jewelry. Don't rub too hard, otherwise you will slowly rub off the gold plating.

Always remember that your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off when dressing.

Do you have care instructions for your apparel?

Yes! Please follow these care instructions to preserve the life of your apparel:

  • We recommend you turn the garments inside out and machine wash cold on delicate setting.
  • Do NOT use fabric softeners or bleach.
  • Do NOT tumble dry your apparel. Hang to dry after the wash cycle OR lay-flat to dry. This, specially to maintain the design.
  • Do NOT iron directly over any design/image area to prevent damage.

What is your return policy?

  • Stainless Steel Jewelry: Thank you so much for choosing Gifts To PerfecSion! Our commitment is to provide you with high-quality Stainless Steel Jewelry so you can wear your style! We don't offer returns, refunds or exchanges at this time. We hope you understand, it helps us focus on making sure your order is as special as can be!
  • Earrings: Can Not be returned, refunded or exchanged due to hypoallergenic reasons.
  • Custom or personalized items: These are made specifically for you and therefore refunds and exchanges or cancellations are not applicable with these items unless there's an error on our part.
  • Defective/Wrong Items: We make the best efforts to ensure that all orders are carefully inspected for damages and defects prior to leaving the gift shop. In the case of wrong/defected items, please contact us via e-mail giftstoperfecsion@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with your order details and copy of your receipt. Any claims made after that time frame, wrong/defective items will not be accepted.
  • Apparel: Please review each item and their description before purchasing, including sizing and size guides. Items that “do not fit” upon receiving are not eligible for return.
  • Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photo effects do not qualify as damaged.
  • Gifts To PerfecSion is not liable for damages due to rough delivery, and claims need to be made with the carrier company. In a case of a wrong item sent to you, please contact us and will be more than happy to assist you!

How long does shipping take?

We ship Canada wide ONLY.

  • Order Processing:  Shipping times depend on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping within Canada takes from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • Lost, Stolen or Damaged Package: Gifts to PerfecSion is NOT responsible for packages after the postal carrier has marked delivered. Customer assumes full responsibility after packages leave the gift shop, this is marketplace standard. Gifts To PerfecSion is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave the store.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, and other secure online payment options to ensure a smooth checkout process.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the courier’s website and stay updated on its delivery status.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed we are unable to cancel your order.
